Life after the wedding was quite a whirl-wind. Usually couples get to unwind and relax together after the wedding/honeymoon...ohhh no, not us! Here is a quick timeline of our life post-wedding:
June 6th-11th: Turks & Caicos
June 11th: Landed in Boston from Turks-drove to VT.
June 12th: Emily's graduation party - Packed the car.
June 13th: Emily's graduation (yes my baby sister graduated from highschool...I'm so old!) Jeff and I then started our journey South immediately following the graduation ceremony.
June 14th: On the road - arrived in GA at 1am!
We had quite the road trip! We made such good time! 1300 miles, 21 hours of driving out of 30, VT-MA-CT-NY-NJ-PA-MD-WV-VA-NC-SC-GA!!!!
The first couple of weeks we went furniture shopping, adjusted to our new surroundings, and took care of a few minor things. Other then that we just enjoyed each other and our new marriage!
So yes..the Benders are now official residents of the great- HOTTT state of Georgia!
